Steve Williams is presently leading the design and architecture of the Charter access network through the multi-year network evolution plan that aims to modernize the delivery of internet, voice, and video services to Charter’s subscriber base. Steve has 25 years of experience in the cable industry since joining Road Runner High Speed Online in the early days of DOCSIS deployments, and has led several network transformation initiatives at Time Warner Cable and Charter. Steve has also served the industry at large at both the chapter and national board of directors level for SCTE, twice receiving the SCTE Chairman’s award for outstanding service to the society.
