Trina Kwon is an Associate in Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP’s Telecommunications, Media, and Technology practice group, resident in the firm’s Washington DC office. She represents clients in the technology and communications industry, including in matters relating to federal and state broadband deployment grant programs. She also advises clients before the Federal Communications Commission and State Public Utility Commissions on matters such as domestic and international licensing, regulatory compliance with regard to corporate transactions, and rulemaking proceedings.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Trina was part of the government contracts practice at another international law firm, where she represented clients in administrative proceedings and advised clients on regulatory compliance matters.

Trina holds a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Economics from Tufts University.
