Zach Cutrell

Zach Cutrell is the Director of Technology Innovation at the National Content & Technology Cooperative. At NCTC he has been involved in negotiating and deploying several new strategic technology solutions including CDN initiatives, Headend replacement projects, Cyber Security Solutions, the NCTC Connectivity Exchange, and most recently helped to launch and manage the Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) Program. Previously at NCTC, he served as Director of Broadband Operations where he was involved in negotiating and deploying strategic broadband initiatives including IP Transit and Transport deals. Prior to joining the NCTC in 2020, he was a sixth-generation operator at Citizens Fiber acting as Operations Manager where he led the company’s FTTH expansion efforts as well as new product development. He has an MBA from Duquesne University and a BS from Seton Hall University.
