Justen Burdette is the CEO of Mobi, the largest regional wireless provider based in Hawaiʻi.

Mobi launched in 2005 as an MNO but shifted to an MVNO model in 2015 after Verizon acquired its spectrum and towers. Mobi was the first to launch unlimited, no contract, no credit check plans in Hawaiʻi, backed by local, friendly customer care.

Before Mobi, Justen was the VP for Product at Ting, where he helped launch the company's GSM support with T-Mobile, industry-leading device financing program with Affirm, gigabit fiber to the home service in Virginia and Maryland, and Ting's customer-focused carrier partnership with Apple.

Justen started his career in telecommunications at a dial-up ISP and CLEC in West Virginia.
