Kaevon LeGrande currently serves as a Project Manager for State and Local Solutions at The Digital Decision and Project Manager for the TDD Verizon Consultant Team. LeGrande also serves as a current member of the iCERT Board.

At the age of 26, LeGrande has almost a decade worth of experience working in the Public Safety Communications Industry. He started as an intern, then began working with The Digital Decision as a Website Designer in 2012.

LeGrande has led multiple projects for The Digital Decision including SLIGP 1.0 efforts for the State of Nevada & Michigan, as well of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This SLIGP 1.0 project also included the creation and distribution of a Statewide Requirements Checklist Portal. He also led the Fairfax County Smart Communities Project, including; Outreach and Education, Data Collection, Stakeholder Alignment, Research and RFI Delivery.

LeGrande received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Old Dominion University, studying Information Technology, Network Engineering and Management.
