Logistics for the Event

We are delighted to welcome you to London Tech Week 2022. This page includes all the information you should need to prepare for the event. YOUR STAND - START UP POD

For an example of how your start up package will look, please see the visual of the pod to the right of this text. 

Your start up pod will come with:

1 x Back wall and counter with storage
1 x 40" TV screen
1 x Stool
1 x 500W Socket Outlet 

You can order more stools directly through our furniture supplier EESL via so via orders@eesl.ltd / Sophie Howe sophiehowe@eesl.ltd.   However, due to limited space we wouldn't recommend more than one or two stools in addition to the standard package.

All start up pod exhibitors are required to do the following 2 steps:

1. Complete this HEALTH AND SAFETY FORM

2. Please submit a high res logo that you wish to have printed at the top of the pod.  Please submit your logo by adding to this DROPBOX ASAP.

 Should you wish to order anything additional please go to the Event Services section on this page.

ALL ADAPTERS & EXTENSION LEADS MUST BE PROVIDED BY EXHIBITORS. INFORMA TECH WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THESE ON SITE.

Pass registration is open and you should have received a link from Zack Bowen 

1. All staff must be registered on VISIT (our registration system) - shortly after your welcome email from us you will receive an email from noreply@gesevent.com enabling you to register your staff

What does each pass allow? 

The number of passes allocated to you can be found  on the VISIT pass registration portal.

  • LTW Campus Pass - Access to Keynote Stage, Vision Stage, Elevating Founders, Future EdTech, Future of Work Summit, the demo area, the networking area, the virtual / on-demand platform
  • LTW Delegate Pass  - Access to all physical and virtual content and networking areas. The Global Leaders Innovation Summit and inspiringFifty gala dinner are invitation-only events of and this pass doesn't give you access to these events

How to use Visit Connect

Exhibitors can verify, rate, prioritize, monitor and respond to leads immediately. Not only that, you can assess the event as it unfolds against their own pre-set targets in order to continually assess return on investment. In short, Visit Connect puts the success of participation in the palm of an exhibitor's hand.

Using the app (iOS and android) exhibitors can scan a visitor badge, retrieve contact data, add notes, answer pre-set questions, set follow up instructions, add voice memos and photos, and even immediately contact the visitor either direct from their device or by exporting their leads.

The Visit Connect portal offers a complete overview of all the devices activated for an event; giving all the detail that is being captured at the event, as it is being captured, so exhibitors can decide how, and when, they follow up on prospect data.

Visit Connect gives exhibitors total control of their leads and stand personnel, pre, at and post event. They can assign lead capture licences, detail lead qualifying questions and answers, set lead targets and use the portal to follow up on leads to get the edge on their competition.

Participants asked to stop any behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant or sponsor engages in behavior that violates this code of conduct, Informa Tech staff may take action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund.
