With over 15 years of experience in hedge funds and traditional finance, Gio has a wealth of knowledge and experience in operations management. He has built operations teams that have facilitated over $30 billion in assets under management. Additionally, Gio has extensive experience in entity, tax, and securitization structuring for both RMBS and CMBS businesses most recently over an 11+ year stint at Cerberus Capital Management.

He has also spent over 2 years working on project structure and operations in DeFi and forming start-up business structures in Real Estate. Gio’s expertise extends to the Vanity Number industry as well, having structured acquisition vehicles and in designing website infrastructure and functionality for digital marketplace platforms.
