Rodrigo Beyer Fernandez is an experienced international executive, who now leads Ericsson’s global portfolio & offering domain for Business Area Managed Services IT. He and his team determine which parts of the portfolio will allow partners and customers to be more efficient, closer to their customers, and gain speed of innovation in an automation centric world.

Beyer Fernandez has a track record in launching new services and driving growth in his current role at IT Managed services and previously at IT Operations & BPO within Ericsson; for example, he spearheaded the industrialization and launch of SDN/NFV (Software-Defined Networks and Network Function Virtualization) operations as well as its leadership.

Additionally, he is responsible for making sure IT Operations are easily accessible for global offerings. He pursues portfolio development and innovation in all facets of his work.

Knowing how to do things with the right tools make our work life easier, and that is what keeps Beyer Fernandez coming to work with drive and passion. He is responsible for service readiness of the related offerings, and for processes and tools development.

He is a requested public speaker for industry conferences like Carrier Network Virtualization, NFV Europe, SDN/NFV World Congresses or 5G Asia as well as at selected Universities.

He has worked in more than 65 countries including those in the Caribbean, Latin America, North America and Europe. Currently, he is based in Berlin, Germany.
