YOUR PACKAGE INCLUSIONS

Below you will find details about the inclusions for Booths and Meeting Rooms.

Please refer to your contract, or Welcome Email, if you are unsure of your contracted package.

Please note visuals are for reference only. Actual stand size and layout will depend on your contracted package.

PIPE & DRAPE BOOTH

Your package will include:

  • 8' High Backwall Drape Color: Black
  • 3' High Sidewalls Drape Color: Black
  • 1 x 6' Trestle table with skirting and table linen
  • 2 x Chair
  • 1 x Wastebin
  • 1 x Identification sign with text print Company Name and Stand Number (Size: 11'h x 17'w)
  • 1x Power socket

*The exhibit area & stands are carpeted.

Please confirm the Exhibiting Name for your 11” X 17” Booth Identification Sign (included with booths 300 sq ft or less), by emailing the Customer Success Team.

If you are planning to upgrade/modify your booth from the standard package, please email the Customer Success Team to get more information and instructions.

FIXED MEETING ROOM

All fixed meeting rooms are located on the third floor of the venue.

Your Fixed Meeting Room package will include:

  • 10-person boardroom set-up with table and chairs
  • 1 x Digital signage outside the meeting room with the company

If you desire a different set-up (rounds, classroom/theater, etc.), you may request a different set-up with the Customer Success Team.

Note: any additional setups, including a room change during the event, may incur a fee at the expense of the exhibitor.

If you wish to order additional AV, furniture and catering, please refer to the "Specialty Contractors" section with order forms on the Freeman Webshop.

COMPULSORY RESPONSIBILITIES

HEALTH & SAFETY FORM

Health & Safety at our shows is extremely important to keep EVERYONE safe.

Before arriving onsite we ask all exhibiting companies to complete the Health & Safety Form. It's a requirement for all companies to read through the Informa Rules & Regulations Handbook & complete the H&S form.

If the form has not been submitted, or is not completed to an appropriate standard, Informa reserves the right to refuse build/admission to the show or ask you/your stand contractor (if applicable) to resubmit the form with further information.

IMPORTANT: All forms are due for submission by April 24.

YOUR EXHIBITING NAME

Please check your BOOTH NAME on the Freeman Webshop and confirm it to the Customer Success Team.

We will not be able to change your name onsite, please make sure you provide the correct information before the April 20.

Freeman is our main contractor for Network X Americas 2026 and they provide a variety of services to enhance your participation at the event:

  • Graphics
  • Furniture Packages
  • Order forms for additional items
  • Shipping, Drayage and Material Handling
  • Labor and Equipment Information
  • Cleaning & Waste

Important: If you haven't confirmed your stand number/location with us, you won't be able to order via the Freeman portal.

Discount Rate Deadline: 04/20/2026

Please place your order on the Freeman Webshop by the deadline in order to avoid any disappointment or surcharges.

VENUE SERVICES

ICC is our official venue representative for Network X Americas 2026. Please kindly place the order before the deadline if you need the services below:

Outside Food & beverage cannot be brought into the venue, all catering must be ordered via the form above.

All catering orders must be received by Monday, May 4th. Orders placed after this deadline are subject to availability and applicable surcharges.


SHIPPING & FREIGHTING

Please see the Freeman exhibitor portal for all of the shipping and freighting information.

Please note that all show/event freight inclusive of booth pieces are to be shipped to Freeman and delivered to the venue during the designated move-in period. The venue and Informa are not responsible for any equipment or materials stored at the facility.

Ideally situated on 40 acres in the heart of Irving’s Las Colinas Urban Center, the Irving Convention Center is just one phase of a mixed-use entertainment district that includes a 350-room Westin Convention Center Hotel, and the $173 Million entertainment complex, the Toyota Music Factory, which is anchored by an 8,000-seat indoor/outdoor amphitheater operated by Live Nation.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Exhibitors and party hosts may not promote sexualized or offensive imagery or activities. Exhibition and party staff should not use sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment. Participants asked to stop any behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant or sponsor engages in behavior that violates this code of conduct, Informa staff may take action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund.

SUSTAINABILITY

Sustainability is increasingly important to event attendees. Exhibiting at an Informa event allows you to highlight your company’s sustainability credentials and align with an event that champions sustainability. To ensure that your company and exhibiting stand are aligned with Informa’s sustainability goals review the Exhibitor Sustainability Checklist and consider the steps as you plan your event.

VIDEOGRAPHY & PHOTOGRAPHY

By registering for this event you acknowledge recordings, video, and photographs are being taken during the event. By you entering this event, you give unqualified consent to: Informa, its agents, licensees to record, use and publicise your voice, actions, likeness, and appearance, in any manner and media, worldwide in perpetuity. If you wish to avoid being recorded, please do not enter this event.
