Alan has worked for over 35 in the telecommunications industry developing technology specifications, building collaborative business relationships, working with product development teams, analyzing marketplace dynamics, and speaking at industry events. He has been deeply involved in all phases of bringing new technologies to market from the early days of cellular to the current world of 5G and shared spectrum. Additionally, he has extensive experience in product and specification development for Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, wireless charging, automotive connectivity, and NHTSA regulations. As a proven leader, he has managed international teams and developed a deep understanding of what makes products and technologies successful. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Physics from Eastern Kentucky University and the University of Tennessee.
