Profile

Catherine Lefevre leads a worldwide software delivery organization at AT&T, modernizing Network OSS and scaling a network capability exposure platform and APIs that enable AT&T’s network monetization strategy. She drives alignment across business, engineering, operations, and industry partners to deliver secure, resilient solutions at digital speed. Her portfolio spans 140+ applications and major initiatives including 5G RAN/Access Automation, 5G Core/Network Cloud, C-Band deployment, SD-WAN, Fiber, ROADM, FirstNet, NetBond Advanced, Win@Home, and Turbo Live. She is also evolving Network OSS into an AI-driven, autonomous control plane to reduce manual operations and fallout. Since joining AT&T in 2013, she has advanced modern engineering practices. In 2017, she co-led the open sourcing of AT&T’s Software Defined Network platform to the Linux Foundation—now ONAP—and chaired the ONAP Technical Steering Committee (2018–2022). She mentors through AT&T’s Women’s Network, holds a master’s and qualified teaching degree in computer science from the University of Namur, is a named inventor on several patents, and has earned AT&T technical awards and ONAP community honors.
