Derek Underwood has been a part of the Cambium Networks team for more than 12 years, starting as a systems engineer and working his way up to Regional Vice President, North America Sales. With a strong focus on collaboration, he led his team to achieving top-tier results through proactive teamwork with the product line management, product development, operations and marketing teams within Cambium Networks.

Derek began his wireless networking career with Orthogon Systems in 2005, staying with the business unit through its acquisition by Motorola Solutions, and then continuing on with Cambium Networks as the wireless broadband company evolved over the years. During that time, he has held various positions within the product management, services and field engineering organizations. He holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of Texas.
