development functions.

Since joining JMA Wireless in 2013 as a result of the Teko Telecom acquisition, Gilberto advanced throughDAS product management roles into a series of executive roles for Active Wireless Solutions, the newPrivate Network Solutions business vertical, and his current customer-facing CTO role focused oncultivating relationships and increasing product sell-in at top Mobile Network Operators.

During his tenure, Gilberto has helped JMA to capture a Top 2 market share position for DAS products,develop 2 core platforms and dozens of new products, lead AI R&D, support multiple M&A actions, andsecure deployment commitments from AT&T, Verizon, and Dish to win a $44M NTIA grant funding awardfor open radio unit commercialization.
