Profile
Ivy Kelly has more than 25 years’ experience in the telecom industry specializing in the field of radio frequency (RF) engineering. She currently holds the title of distinguished member of technical staff, leading all technology research at C Spire, where she has worked for more than ten years. She previously worked at Sprint for nearly 16 years in various roles including network development and strategic planning. Ivy holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Science in Engineering and a Ph.D. both in electrical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
