Profile

Jeff Stewart develops public policy positions and coordinates advocacy support for a wide range of issues affecting AT&T’s wireless businesses. He supports AT&T’s spectrum, network, and technology policy initiatives, with a current focus on coordination and sharing efforts with the U.S. Department of Defense. He is also responsible for all policy matters affecting AT&T’s Internet of Things and connected cars businesses, which account for over half of AT&T’s wireless network endpoints. Jeff often represents AT&T before policymakers at all levels of government. He also represents AT&T in various industry groups, currently serving as the Chair of the Next G Alliance’s Policy Committee. He previously served as Vice Chair and Chair of the Automotive Information Sharing and Analysis Center Advisory Board, the automotive industry’s leading cybersecurity organization. Jeff earned an MBA with a concentration in Technology Innovation and Strategy from Georgia Tech and a Bachelor of Arts with Special Honors in History from the University of Chicago. A colonel in the Marine Corps Reserve with over twenty-six years of active and reserve service, Jeff is also a Distinguished Graduate of the U.S. Army War College with a Master of Strategic Studies and graduated with distinction from the Marine Corps Command and Staff College
