Katherine Nagel has spent the last several years embedded in the practical reality of bringing AI into complex enterprise environments. As Manager of AI Programs and Products at Wavelo, a cloud-native BSS platform for modern telecoms, she leads AI adoption from the ground up: building internal tooling, designing agentic workflows, and developing the operating model — a framework for embedding AI-augmented operators across business functions.

Her work spans the full stack of enterprise AI: from hands-on product development and AI feature design to architecting multi-agent systems for billing, fraud detection, and network assurance. She studied how AI reshapes roles, workflows, and organizational design through education at the University of Toronto and University of Calgary, and brings that research into everything she builds.
