Meredith Williams has served as the Assistant Vice President for Executive Branch at AT&T since 2018, where she leads the team responsible for AT&T’s strategy and policy engagement with the U.S. Executive Branch. She also directs the company’s advocacy strategy for federal broadband funding programs and network modernization initiatives.
Prior to joining AT&T, Meredith served as a Senior Advisor to the Secretary of Homeland Security and as a Special Advisor to the Secretary of State. Before her government service, she worked in the private sector managing business operations and advising clients across a range of industries.
Meredith began her career in human resources at the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) and later worked at the PBS Foundation and for an Indian non-governmental organization. Meredith is a graduate of the University of Maryland and Georgetown University Law Center.
