Speaker

Profile

Nick Venezia (@datanick) serves as the End User Council Representative to the Technical Steering Committee for the Linux Foundation’s CAMARA Project. An original member of the GSMA Open Gateway initiative, he transitioned with the project into the Linux Foundation and has been active in CAMARA since day one. Nick is co-lead author of “In Concert: Bridging AI Systems and Network Infrastructure through MCP” and represents the voice of CAMARA in the AAIF MCP working groups. GSMA selected him for MWC24 Keynote One alongside the CEOs of Telefónica, Vodafone, China Mobile, and Orange, where he stated that AI will become the largest customer for mobile network operators and the primary consumer of Network APIs. A pioneer in Network-Aware AI, Nick architects Zero Trust gates that use deterministic network signals to verify identity before AI inference begins. His principle: the AI doesn’t protect the network; the network protects the AI.
