Phil Harvey has been a Light Reading writer and editor for more than 20 years and has served as the publication's Editor-in-Chief for more than 11 years. Harvey is also the judging chair for the Leading Lights Awards, Light Reading's flagship awards program, now in its 22nd year. At Informa TechTarget, Harvey is the lead editor at Channel Dive, a daily news publication covering enterprise IT, and the managing editor of Telecoms.com, Light Reading's sister publication focused on the global communications industry.
