Profile

Sarah Skaluba serves as the 6G Policy Lead in the Office of Policy Analysis and Development at NTIA. In this capacity, she is focused on advancing NTIA’s Mission LA 2028 initiative, as well as developing and executing NTIA’s broader 6G strategy. She previously served as Special Policy Advisor detailed to the Office of the Assistant Secretary (OAS), where she supported a range of policy matters spanning 5G and Open RAN, the Public Wireless Supply Chain Innovation Fund (Innovation Fund), and the First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet). From 2022 through 2024, she served as Policy Director for the Innovation Fund, where she led policy development for the $1.5 billion grant program.

Prior to joining the Department, Sarah advised public and private sector clients on telecom issues as a manager with Access Partnership and advanced a range of digital policies as a Policy Associate with BSA | The Software Alliance. Sarah holds a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Michigan and an M.A. from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown. In her free time, she loves to sail in Annapolis and run with Achilles International.
