  5. Order any additional AV services if required by the 21st November.

Security

Exhibitors should man their stands at all times, including during coffee breaks, lunches and receptions. Items left on the stand unattended i.e laptop computers are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. Informa Tech take no responsibility for any loss or damage.

Your Stand - Table Top

Your Table Top stand includes:

  • 3m x 2m floorspace
  • One 6ft table with conference cloth, two chairs, wastebasket and access to power

Should you wish to order anything additional, please download the form here to directly order from the venue AV supplier. The deadline for submitting your orders is the 21st of November 2023.

Please also note that all Table Top exhibitors are strictly prohibited from hanging or sticking anything to the walls of the hotel.

Complete the Health & Safety Form

Please ensure that you read for the full guideline on table top exhibitors HERE and complete the Health and Safety questionnaire HERE by the 10th of November 2023.

Register Your Staff

All staff must be registered on Exhibitor Portal. After your welcome email from us you will receive an email from sp-customersuccess@informa.com enabling you to register your staff.

Please ensure you register your staff no later than 13th November.

If you need a visa to attend the event, please contact sp-customersuccess@informa.com who can assist you with receiving the letter to support your VISA application.

Further Information

Swapcard

We are using the event platform Swapcard for the OpenRAN North America event app, primarily for networking.

You will receive a welcome email directly from Swapcard (noreply@swapcard.com) when the platform goes live closer to the event days.

Deliveries

Boxes/packages may be sent for arrival a maximum of 48 hours prior to group arrival and will be marked with the responsible party's name, Group name, plus "Hold for arrival date of Sunday, December 3, 2023".

There will be a handling charge as follows:

  • Boxes up to 36" x 24" x 24" - $15 per box
  • Large boxes/display cases - $25 per box
  • Pallets - $250 per pallet

Additional labor charges may be incurred depending on the size of the shipment, at the discretion of the hotel. Hotel will not be responsible for any shipping charges, damages or loss to any packages or boxes.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Exhibition and party staff should not use sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment. Participants asked to stop any behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant or sponsor engages in behavior that violates this code of conduct, Informa Tech staff may take action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund.

By registering for this event you acknowledge recordings, video, and photographs are being taken during the event. By you entering this event, you give unqualified consent to: Informa Tech, its agents, licensees to record, use and publicise your voice, actions, likeness, and appearance, in any manner and media, worldwide in perpetuity. If you wish to avoid being recorded, please do not enter this event.
