Miki OGUMA NAITO is the Chief Representative of Foundation for Multimedia Communications, Washington D.C Office since August 2023 on secondment from the Japanese Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC-Japan).

Before taking up her current position, she worked at MIC-Japan in a wide range of senior functions including regulatory authority of telecommunications, the development of ICT strategies as well as the edit of ICT White Papers in Japan. She also served as a policy analyst on Telecommunication Infrastructure at OECD from 2018 to 2021. She acquired her LL.M from UC Berkley Law School, U.S.A, and Bachelor’s degree in Law from Keio University, Japan.
