Todd has over 30 years of technology industry experience with 27 of those years in telecom. For the past 24 years, he has been at T-Mobile USA where he has been deeply engaged in almost all aspects of IT and Telecom infrastructure strategy, architecture, engineering, cybersecurity and operations. Currently, he is leading the cybersecurity strategies for T-Mobile’s 5G network and services. Prior to this, he developed and launched a new nationwide microwave transport program for the macro/small cells, corporate offices, mobile retail vehicles, and emergency responders. Additionally, he led the Next Generation Extranet Network, Wi-Fi Strategies, Public HotSpot service, and was key in developing and launching our original Wi-Fi calling services.
Presently, he is a co-chair for ATIS’ Enhanced Zero Trust and 5G, chairs a North American Zero Trust Architecture Collaboration (NAZ-TAC) work group, serves on the 5G Security Test Bed’s Technical Advisory Council. Most recently, he served as a co-chair for FCC’s CSRIC VIII Managing Software & Cloud Services Supply Chain Security for Communications Infrastructure work group. Over the past few years, he has contributed to numerous security papers published by 5G Americas and NSA Enduring Security Framework.
Todd holds an MBA in IT Management and BS in IT Security. Outside of work, Todd enjoys spending time with his family and enjoying the outdoors.
