Iwan is Market Lead for New Mobility at TRL (the UK’s Transport Research Laboratory) providing a leading role in the development of TRL’s connected & automated vehicles and mobility technology projects. This has included includes projects on automated last mile mobility and delivery trials (GATEway), connected validation for automated vehicle systems (MOVE_UK), enabling on-road autonomy in projects delivering end to end autonomous car trials (StreetWise and Driven). More recently Iwan led the development of TRL’s CAV testing vision for the Smart Mobility Living Lab: London, a new real-world CAV test bed for the automotive and mobility sectors.
