Francesco FedericoEMEA Digital Director at JLL
Two-fold digital leader responsible for planning and executing JLL omni-channel marketing initiatives through a team of geographically distributed digital leaders in EMEA while also championing business transformation through the integration of digital in JLL core business. In his previous role Francesco managed Acer digital presence in 55 markets across PANAM, EMEA and APAC as Global Digital Marketing Director, where he pioneered retail real time marketing strategies leveraging big data and artificial intelligence, later authoring a paper on the experience. A self-starter as entrepreneur and consultant in his early days, Francesco then kicked off his corporate career at Vodafone where he led an award-winning team who re-engineered customer relationship and customer lifetime value management as Head of Digital CRM. Aside his corporate role, Francesco supports a number of startups as Mentor and is Guest Lecturer at MBA/EMBA programmes at Imperial College London.
