Profile

Michelle has been a Headteacher since 2004 and is currently the Executive Headteacher of The New Wave Federation which consists of 3 high performing and innovative primary schools in London. Michelle is a National Leader of Education and a Lead Oftsed Inspector.

Her federation is proud to be an Apple Regional Training Centre (RTC) and a National Teaching School. Her schools have been on an exciting digital learning journey since 2012 where they embarked on 1:1 deployment of Ipad and creating learning spaces that enhance this.

All three schools have been recognised by Apple as part of their school recognition program as Apple Distinguished Schools and thoroughly enjoy sharing their experiences on how to make learning fun, engaging and purposeful.
