She overseas brand building and awareness, content and user acquisition, as well as hardware and program partnerships.

Different strategies have been deployed including original programming and live stream events (sports, music concerts and theatre shows). TVOD and AVOD have been introduced after she joined this SVOD/ FVOD platform in Q4-2017, in order to appeal to content providers who may land their content at OpenSky.tv to monetize a rev share business model with OpenSky.tv, on top of the basic B2C model.
