Pasu has more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications and broadcasting industry. Currently, he works as Executive Director of Broadcasting Policy and Research Bureau at the Office of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC), an independent regulatory body, in charge of formulating broadcasting policies as well as regulating broadcasting industry in Thailand.

Prior to becoming Executive Director of Broadcasting Policy and Research Bureau, he worked as Director of Telecommunications Data Center, which monitored changes in telecommunications industry. He was secretary to subcommittee on planning for broadcasting in disaster crisis and subcommittee on broadcasting characteristics and categories, and also served on many telecommunications and broadcasting working groups/teams such as Digital Switch Over subcommittee, regulatory impact assessment on Broadcasting Master Plan working group, and Telecommunications Free Trade Area negotiation team. Also, he was speaker for several academic seminars in broadcasting segment and is currently a columnist for Post Today’s Digital Economy column.
