After 20-plus years of varied international experience in the entertainment & media, luxury publishing, and digital industry fields, Anna Maria Aloe founded her Aloe-Advisory consultancy firm in 2018, based between Dubai and Milan with a focus on the Middle East North Africa Region.
She serves CEOs as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer, provides strategic marketing advice including on defining positioning and audience engagement, guides high ROI marketing initiatives and seeks out and solidifies mutually beneficial local partnerships. She also directs branding and marketing in the cultural sphere.
Ms. Aloe founded her consultancy after a 4-year stint as VP Marketing at OSN TV Dubai, responsible for strategy and plan execution, delivery of comprehensive campaigns across all media in the GCC, Levant, Egypt and emerging markets such as Oman, Libya, Sudan.
She came to Dubai from Milan, where she ran strategic marketing, brand communications, and campaign design for major TV entertainment companies such as SKY Europe and Einstein Multimedia. In this capacity she worked with major brands such us BBC, HBO, NBC Universal, FOX, Disney, Warner, Discovery, NatGeo, and Netflix.
Some of her key successes included complete brand refreshing, optimizing spending management and fine-tuning performance-driven budgeting to secure higher ROI for her companies marketing investments and partnerships.
Throughout er career Ms. Aloe has helped steer media companies and top-tier editors/publishers on their digital video transformation journey from traditional to multimedia brands. These companies included Conde Nast Edition Italy, RCS media Group, Gruppo L’Espresso, and Feltrinelli. She worked with publishing brands such us Vogue Italia, Vanity Fair, GQ, Glamour, La Repubblica, IoDonna, Amica, Corriere della Sera, Feltrinelli TV, and LeiTV.
Ms. Aloe focuses on mentoring and supporting women in their career growth in the complex media sector, and practices yoga avidly in her spare time.
