Wesam is the Vice President, Content & Brand Marketing, for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region for Vuclip and is responsible for the overall operations and strategic direction of Viu in the region with a focus on driving a strong content led value proposition for the consumers, as well as strategic partnerships.

Wesam brings over fourteen years of experience and in depth knowledge of broadcast and media marketing, having worked with well-known organizations in the region. Prior to Vuclip, he was the Head of Channel at Quest Arabiya, a free-to-air pan-Arab television channel. He also served as the Chief Commercial Officer for Barajoun Entertainment and the Sports Channel Manager for Middle East Broadcasting Corp (MBC). Wesam has also held the position of Head of Marketing at Creative Edge International and Brand Manager at MTV Arabia.

Wesam graduated in Marketing/MIS from Northeastern University in Boston in the United States.
