Held a variety of positions which made the best programming in the world available to viewers by understanding audience needs and trends and the needs of my clients. I have held leadership roles at major broadcasters and US studios; acquiring and distributing content as well as playing influential roles in channel management and strategic planning. Although many of my positions have been client-facing, my skills as a leader and negotiator have been just as applicable when it comes to forging internal relationships.

I have led teams through periods of significant change and maintained high levels of morale within my teams throughout. I have worked in the public and private sectors, in free and pay television, in both broadcast and on-demand, and worked in promotion, research and advertising. I have extensive experience of the UK, American and International markets.
