A higher level manager in Orange with huge experience in technical domain. Since his studies in Warsaw University of Technology he has been working in Telekomunikacja Polska and next in Orange Polska.

He has been responsible for deployment of new services and technologies, with significant achievements in implementation of innovations in the field of services delivery and maintenance. His technical experience covers access technologies (xDSL, optical fibers) and multimedia services.

From last three years Marcin has been responsible for TV area by implementing end-to-end solutions for TV services,

from HeadEnd platforms to clients terminals such as Set Top Boxes or mobile applications.

He successfully launch on the Polish market new products in OTT area ,TV in cloud services and 4K on new IPTV STBs .

Marcin also managed development of diagnostic tools which significantly improved customer satisfaction .

He has been involved in international cooperation on Orange Group level and in European Research Projects. On national level he has been constantly representing Orange as a technical expert in relations with Polish Government, Regulatory bodies and national chambers of commerce, as well as a presenter or a panelist in sector conferences and seminars.
