Darius Jose R. Delgado was appointed Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Globe Telecom in September 2024, bringing with him over three decades of expertise in strategy execution, transformation, integration, and business innovation. Since joining Globe in 2003, Delgado has played a pivotal role in major company milestones. He began in Internal Audit and Strategy Management before contributing to one of the company’s most extensive transformation projects—the revamp of Globe’s Billing system. He later led Globe’s Broadband business to subscriber market leadership in 2020 as Head of Consumer Broadband.

In 2021, he transitioned to lead Consumer Mobile, where he drove market innovations that significantly increased Globe’s revenue market share in total Mobile since 2022, sustaining this momentum to the present. Prior to his appointment as CCO, Delgado served as Vice President for Consumer Mobile Business and later as Officer-in-Charge of the Commercial Group, where he played a key role in shaping Globe’s strategic direction across sales, marketing, and audit. His deep understanding of market dynamics and strong track record in P&L management have consistently driven profitability and strengthened Globe’s market position.

As CCO, Delgado is committed to driving innovation, sustaining business momentum, and delivering lasting value for customers, the company, and its stakeholders. Before joining Globe, Delgado was a Director at SGV & Co. (Ernst & Young), where he gained extensive experience across multiple industries over nine years. He holds a degree in Accountancy, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Santo Tomas and completed the Executive Development Program at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, in 2024.
