Liu Ying is a senior communications engineer with a bachelor’s degree in engineering. Madam Liu previously served as Deputy General Manager of Heilongjiang branch of China Telecom Corporation Limited, General Manager of Jilin branch of China Telecom Corporation Limited, General Manager of the Government and Enterprise Customer Business Department of China Telecommunications Corporation and General Manager of Anhui branch of China Telecom Corporation Limited. She is currently a Vice President of China Telecommunications Corporation, a Director and the Chairlady of China Telecom Global Limited and a member of the council of China Internet Investment Fund (Limited Partnership). Madam Liu has extensive experience in management and the telecommunications industry.
