Shouye Miao is currently Vice President of China Unicom. Born in November 1977, he is a senior engineer who holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. His career includes serving as Vice President of China Unicom Hubei Branch and General Manager of a department at China Unicom Group. He was appointed to his current position in April 2025.
