Profile

As an IT Professional, I am a designer, manager and maintenance planner of IT infrastructures expert with almost thirty years of accumulated experience. More than 1500 successful projects delivered to customers with a high degree of customer satisfaction and successful final performance.

My educational background is based on BSc degree in Telecommunications and MD in Telecommunications Systems and infrastructures coursed in UPC (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya) and Universitat La Salle (Universitat Ramón Llull) in Barcelona where later on I have had the chance to become an associated teacher, either in the BSc program or in different Telecommunication Master programs.

My focus is to achieve complete customer satisfaction in project implementation and life cycle as well as manage those projects in a proper way, always concealing with the company strategic objectives and business focus.

I have been also involved in company strategic planning and I have become the general manager as a CEO in some of the companies I have had the chance to create or, lately, in those where I have been hired for this purpose.

From 1 April 2019, BCP Council is responsible for all local government services in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. We provide services to around 400,000 residents from Hamworthy and Broadstone in the west to Highcliffe in the east - the twelfth largest resident population of any council in England. This scale means a higher percentage of our budget can be spent on frontline services, and less on management overheads and back-office support. As a new, large council, only created in April 2019, we have an opportunity to think as one area for business, growth, and the prosperity of all who live here. Our scale means we can more easily plan for, bid for and win extra funding for things that are important to the people who live and work in BCP, such as housing, roads and schools. We’re going through a period of great change – reviewing how we deliver services and how we make sure this fantastic area of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole continues to thrive.
