Zoran is technology leader in the mobile communications industry, with 26 years’ experience, mainly with different UK mobile network operators but with also two years in a consultancy role. He obtained his Masters Degree (with Distinction) in Electronic Engineering on 1997 from Southampton University (UK). His experience is in technology evolution, starting in a simulation and modelling role, then engaging in design, architecture and strategy roles in mobile RAN and the e2e mobile network architecture space. For the past six years he has led mobile network architecture and strategy teams and for the last two years he has been Head of Head of Architecture, Budget and Governance in VMO2 CTO team. His focus is driving 5G SA evolution in the company and in particular focusing on 5G Network slicing, Network as a service, Private network and voice evolution in 5G.
