Andisa is the Chief People officer at Floatpays. Her role is to provide strategic support to the executive teams as well as accelerate human capital practises of the organization. In this role she will be responsible for outlining the company’s people vision and implementing strategies that are aligned with the company’s business needs and goals to drive a high-performance culture.

She is passionate about building strategies and initiatives focused on solving business and people challenges. Andisa actively influences organizational change, developing and implementing innovative strategies in support of workforce engagement. She transcends conventional management practice to generate immediate and long-term results to transform traditional human capital departments into value-adding business partners contributing to the commercial bottom-line organizational success.

With over 15 years as an HR practitioner spanning across financial services, consulting, digital media & music as well as fintech start up’s having lead teams across the African continent within these industries. Andisa is a regular current affairs commentator and contributor on multiple media platforms. She serves as an executive advisor to several human capital advisory boards offering her progressive expertise.

Andisa is a co-founder of Women’s Tech Connection, an ICT non-profit organization designed to give access to opportunities and learning repositories to women in the technology sector. Andisa has been recognized by Cisco’s global Connected Black Professionals for her exceptional contribution to the advancement of women in the technology arena in Africa.
