Kabelo has over 20 years ICT industry experience and is currently the Managing Executive for the Cloud, Hosting and Security at Vodacom Business. Most recently, he was the Managing Director for the Africa GU responsible for Accenture Operations leading the Business Process and Infrastructure Outsource Business in Africa. At Accenture he also held the role of Managing Director for Cloud and Technology Consulting where he built the practice before moving to Operations. He spent 8 years in total with Microsoft where his last role was Nigeria Country Managing Director for 4 years and had previously had a successful 4 year tenure as Public Sector Director for Microsoft in South Africa. He joined Microsoft in 2009 from Cisco where he was the Regional Manager for Public Sector in South Africa for 5 years where he built the Public Sector regional business. Prior to Cisco he spent time at Unisys Africa in Managed Services Consulting and has also held various other roles with South African ICT companies. He studied his Masters in Business at Wits Business School and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of KwaZulu Natal South Africa.
