Nicolai is a serial entrepreneur and founder and CEO of Match-Maker Ventures. At Match-Maker Ventures, Nicolai is bridging the gap between growth-stage companies (scaleups) and large corporates with the sole objective to setup and drive value creating business collaborations.

Today, MMV acts as the strategic scaling partner of 16 (and growing) scaleups all ready to create value for and with large corporates. Through a network of more than 100 Senior Representatives in 40+ countries, MMV manages the go-2-market challenges for fast growing tech scaleups and ensures the right parties are collaborating the right way at the right point of time.

Prior to that, Nicolai was part of the Global TIME leadership team at Arthur D. Little, where Nicolai advised multi-billion-dollar companies and financial investors. Nicolai regularly acts as keynote speaker, publishes insights on the topic of innovation, startups and collaboration and acts as a mentor for several accelerators. Nicolai is a German citizen, lives in Austria, worked in 20+ countries and studied in Austria and the US.
