We are delighted to welcome you to the Network X Americas. This page includes all the information you should need to prepare. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Success Team. YOUR STAND INCLUSION

Please check your contract for the exact size of your space and booth type and refer below stand inclusion details accordingly.

*ALL ADAPTERS & EXTENSION LEADS MUST BE PROVIDED BY EXHIBITORS. INFORMA TECH WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THESE ON-SITE.

YOUR STAND - PIPE & DRAPE

Your Pipe and Drape package (10' x 10') will include:

  • 8' High Backwall Drape Color: Black
  • 3' High Sidewalls Drape Color: Black
  • 1 x 6' Trestle table with skirting and table linen
  • 2 x Chair
  • 1 x Wastebin
  • 1 x Signage with text print Company Name and Stand Number (Size: 11'h x 17'w)
  • 1x 20 Amp power socket

*The exhibit area & stands are carpeted.

Please submit your Company Name here for us to print for the signage included in the package by April 23rd 2024.

If you are planning to upgrade/modify your booth from the standard package, please email the Customer Success Team to get more information and instructions.


YOUR STAND - FIXED MEETING ROOM

All fixed meeting rooms are located on the third floor of the venue.

Your Fixed Meeting Room package will include:

  • 10pax boardroom set-up with table and chairs
  • 1 x Digital signage outside the meeting room with the Company logo

Please inform us if you have any extra needs on the room set-up with the Customer Success Team by April 30th 2024.

If you wish to order additional AV, furniture and catering, please refer to the 'Further Information' section below for further instructions and the deadlines.

Health & Safety Form

All exhibitors are required to complete the mandatory HEALTH & SAFETY FORM by April 23rd 2024

Outside Food & beverage cannot be brought into the venue, all catering must be ordered via the form above.

All deadlines for service orders are on the portal/forms, please complete by the deadline to finalize your order and avoid any surcharges, late orders will be charged at an on-site rate.

SHIPPING / FREIGHTING

Please see the Freeman exhibitor portal for all of the shipping and freighting information.

Please note that all show/event freight inclusive of booth pieces are to be shipped to Freeman and delivered to the venue during the designated move-in period. The venue and Informa Tech are not responsible for any equipment or materials stored at the facility.

Exhibition and party staff should not use sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment. Participants asked to stop any behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant or sponsor engages in behavior that violates this code of conduct, Informa Tech staff may take action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund.
