Michael has 20+ years’ experience in Telecommunication and IT industry having worked for Vodafone, Atos and Ericsson in several leading positions from strategy, delivery to operations. As program manager, he was responsible for some Managed Workplace Services (Off- and Nearshoring) on behalf of Vodafone for several years. In this position he was steering the transition and transformation to a successful and profitable business relationship with the outsourcing partner.

Since 2015, Michael works for DETECON International and his primary advisory focus is robotic process automation and machine learning. He is the founder of DETECON’s knowledge community for Robotics and supported Deutsche Telekom with several project assignments to build one of the biggest Bot-Farms worldwide.

Michael holds a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) in Communications Technologies and a Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing. (FH) in Business Administration. He is a certified Enterprise Architect (TOGAF 9.1), Scrum Master (SAFe 4.0) and IT Service Manager (ITIL v3)
