Yannick Decaux serves as Vice President of Sales, Mobile Operators & Partners of Orange Wholesale France. He has overall responsibility for building and sustaining strong commercial relationships with MVNOs, IoT MVNOs and mobile partners in France and abroad.

Mr. Decaux joined Orange in 1996 and has held several international sales, marketing and general management roles in France, the USA and Africa. From 2013 to 2017, Yannick Decaux was based in Johannesburg and served as Managing Director, Sub-Saharan Africa of Orange Business Services. Prior to this, from 2007 to 2013, he was Deputy Head of Orange Business Services’ SITA Business Unit, and responsible for the air transportation market in Europe, Middle-East and Africa. From 1999 to 2007, Mr. Decaux was based in New York City where he managed strategic accounts, such as Sprint, GE and UPS, Orange’s largest global client in North America.

Mr. Decaux serves as Foreign Trade Advisor of France (CCEF). He previously served as Director of the Board of the French-South African Chamber of Commerce (FSACCI) from 2015 to 2017 and as Founding Member of the Advisory Board of the French Tech Cape Town, from 2016 to 2017.

Mr. Decaux is a French national and holds an Engineer’s Degree in Telecommunications from Institut Mines-Télécom Lille Douai (France).
