Emile is responsible for ITU-T Member Relations & Business Development within the Telecommunication Standardization Bureau of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) – the United Nations specialized agency for ICTs. His experience at ITU spans over a decade where his primary focus has been to engage the public and private sectors in ITU’s development of global consensus-based ICT standards. He is a regular speaker at international conferences.
