Since 2009 Robert Staniszewski has been the Director of the Wholesale Department at Polkomtel Sp. z o.o. (the mobile network operator in Poland that owns Plus brand) and Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the biggest pay TV provider in Central and Eastern Europe).Robert Staniszewski is responsible for wholesale cooperation with Polish and foreign operators and carriers. His responsibilities include:- preparation of the Company’s wholesale strategy- acquisition of wholesale partners, development of cooperation and maintaining of relations with telecommunication operators, end-to end key accounts management- Ensuring roaming availability with roaming partners globally, managing roaming discount deals, managing SMS/MMS Interworking contracts with operators and hubs, managing the agreements with Roaming Hubs, - managing int’l voice business, sale and purchasing of wholesale interconnect services to/from domestic and foreign operators (voice, SMS, MMS), responsible for negotiating national/int’l transmission agreements, IP transit, GRX, IPX , SS7 and S6A signaling contracts,- managing the national roaming, international roaming and MVNO’s/MVNE’s contracts,- development of wholesale products to be offered via wholesale channels of Polkomtel/Cyfrowy Polsat,- wholesale settlements
