Amédée von Moltke is a Legal Advisor at the Belgian Institute for Postal services and Telecommunications (BIPT) where he deals primarily with issues of economic regulation, while also heading teams responsible for net neutrality and press publisher neighbouring rights matters. Beyond his national role, Amédée co-chairs the BEREC Open Internet Working Group. Prior to joining the BIPT, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Oxford and practiced competition law at a major US law firm in Brussels.
