After earning his engineering degree, Brandon founded his first company at 24, developing a real-time voice recognition system before selling the patent in 1999. He later founded Leaf, which grew into an internationally recognized technology company.

In 2005, he was named South Africa’s Entrepreneur of the Year.

In 2016, Brandon co-founded rain, South Africa’s newest mobile network, leading the company to unicorn status with a valuation exceeding $1 billion.

In 2023, he co-founded LoopDL, where he serves as CEO, leading the company’s product design and global expansion.

LoopDL is a company of designers and engineers, combining MNO/MVNO services, hardware, and software to help customers connect beautifully.
