Julie Mills has over 25 years’ experience in the industry, having worked at large carrier and reseller companies, including BT and MCI Worldcom (now Verizon), where she held a number of senior sales and service management roles to fully understand the needs of the UK comms channel. This provided the grounding and inspiration for establishing Train to Win and the award-winning Support to Win, which won the 2022 Comms National Award for Best Channel Support Service.
Julie is widely known as a go-to expert on comms industry skills and operational excellence and is passionate about harnessing human capital to enable business success, with a particular interest in the opportunities for technology companies in embracing neurodiversity. She has also helped pioneer a range of managed services that enable operators, service providers, IT businesses and channel companies to de-risk the operational aspects of their M&A strategies.
Julie remains passionate about responding to the rapidly evolving needs of channel players through innovative managed services (Support to Win) and strategic personal development (Train to Win). She regularly consults with UK channel leaders on two fronts; strengthening culture and skills and fostering sustainable, profitable technical operations.
