Paul Palmer is a technology executive and business development specialist with over 30 years of experience in the telecoms, media, and technology (TMT) sectors. As Founder and Managing Director of market entry firm Bridge This Gap, he provides fractional Go-To-Market leadership and growth strategies for tech firms targeting the Telco, Banking, and Insurance verticals. He has successfully scaled startups and managed global business units for companies like F-Secure and HAUD Systems.

At this year's MVNO World Event in Amsterdam, Paul is speaking on behalf of his client, Bitdefender, a global cybersecurity leader. In his presentation, ‘Beyond Connectivity: How MVNOs Can Monetize Trust in the Digital Services Era', he will demonstrate how MVNOs can seamlessly bundle Bitdefender’s consumer security products into their propositions. He will share insights on the MVNO evolving landscape and how MVNOs can use consumer cybersecurity solutions to boost ARPU, differentiate their brand, and protect their customers. Paul holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University.
