Sebastian Salch is a Senior Wholesale Business Development Manager for EU Wholesale at Deutsche Telekom AG. Sebastian is leading strategic projects for the DT EU Wholesale community and is business partner for DT Wholesale business in Greece, Northern Macedonia, Slovakia and Czech Republic. Since joining Deutsche Telekom Group in 2015 and prior to his role at EU Wholesale (Since Jan 2025), Sebastian worked at Group Public & Regulatory Affairs and the DT German Wholesale department where he was responsible for i.a. Transport Networks Wholesale Strategy, GSMA relations and was Vice Chair of the GSMA Working Group on Regulatory Affairs.

Sebastian studied Political Science and European Studies at the University of Bamberg and Hamburg, Germany, and at the Science Po in Lille, France and the University of Reykjavik in Iceland.

He speaks German, English and basic French. He lives in Bonn, Germany, with his wife and two children.
